Not Much

Well haven't posted because nothing is really going on. We sent out a care package for Macy on Thursday. I don't expect it to actually reach her but it's worth a try. We sent one for Big Sis when waiting to travel for her, it got lost somewhere between here and there. But we went shopping and Big Sis picked an outfit and some toys, we added a disposable camera and a picture Big Sis drew and painted for her Baby. We bought doubles of everything so if she doesn't get the package we still get to give her the things we wanted her to have. We sent out for our Visas on Friday, they are now at the Chinese Consulate and will be ready next week. I have sent all the paperwork back to my agency that they requested, per our conversation yesterday on the phone. We are hoping for travel notices next week, though our agency does not expect travel before the 12Th of June.
Big Sis is so anxious, I know she realizes that this is going to be a life changing event. She is so ready to have Macy home, as are we. It has to be hard for her, she is 5, do you have any idea how long a week, a month, a year, is to a 5 year old? Poor baby. She has waited more than 1/2 her life for this other person to come, the one that will be with her for the rest of her life (God willing). I wish there was some way to get back all the time spent waiting. If you are in the process of waiting, please, don't wait, just live.
